Emergency Adult First Aid
The course is suitable for those who want to become a first aid provider within their workplace. There is no previous knowledge or training requirement to attend this course.
Our Emergency first aid at work course is a delivered via blended learning (both e-learning and a 4-hour face-to-face course). This course highlights the role of the emergency first aid provider and covers the following topics:
- Assessment of the situation
- Carrying out of first aid to an unconscious casualty
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Choking
- Wounds and bleeding
- Shock
- Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Minor injuries.
